In this role, Aymen combines luxury service principles from the Middle East, practical approaches from Europe, and customer-centric perspectives from Asia, creating engagement solutions that resonate on a global scale.
As a director at the Customer Institute and advisory board member of Contact Center Week Europe, he advocates for disruptive, future-focused CX strategies that align with evolving customer needs and the latest technological advancements.
